Painting Field Supervisor

You enjoy a competitive salary of $47,000/year.
We offer excellent benefits, including 40 hours of sick pay annually. Wait there's more! After 60 days of employment, we offer dental, vision, health, and supplemental insurance benefits. After 90 days of employment, employees receive an accrual of paid vacation time, 6 paid holidays, and a discounted corporate gym membership. After 1 year of employment, we also offer a SIMPLE IRA program plan. We even match your contribution up to 4% of your yearly salary with this program. Our Painting Field Supervisor also receives a company car and a gas card, ensuring you have the freedom to lead your crew with ease and efficiency.

YOUR SCHEDULE
You typically work from Monday - Friday, 6:00 am - 2:00 pm.

YOUR DAY
As our Painting Field Supervisor, your day is a dynamic blend of leadership, overseeing jobs, checking quality, and negotiating contracts. You assign tasks on the crew's calendar while prioritizing performance and efficiency. Diligently, you train new hires and collaborate with project leaders to ensure every job is a success.
You monitor your crew's performance, making necessary adjustments to exceed expectations. Weekly meetings keep us aligned, and you assist with maintaining company trucks. Managing customer concerns, reporting to the project manager, and ensuring final walkthroughs are crucial to success. You communicate with the project manager, estimators, HR, and customers to keep everything running smoothly.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
We're looking for a communicative, organized person with an eye for detail. You also need to meet the following qualifications:

Ability to manage others and oversee job completion
Knowledge about relevant products and job-site safety
Valid driver's license
Bilingual
