Operations/HR Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Operations HR to oversee and enhance our operational processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, managing human resources, and driving performance improvements. This role requires strong leadership abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a strategic mindset to align operations with the company’s goals. This position is based out of our Columbus, Ohio Operations office with travel throughout Ohio to our county offices.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Participate in Policy and Procedure Committee to help draft proposals for new policies/procedures, revisions to current policies/procedures and implementation of policy/procedure changes.
  • Oversee operations within the CSS HR Department in all counties to assure compliance with all county, state and federal requirements and CSS policies and procedures.
  • Manage continuous enhancements to HR processes and train all HR Coordinators to assure all counties are in compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee implementation of CSS training curriculum.
  • Train, develop and mentor all CSS Human Resource Coordinators.
  • Assure appropriate policies and procedures are being implemented in all CSS Counties as applicable.
  • Act as a mediator for all employment related issues, including conflict resolution sessions and other internal investigations as assigned.

Experience
  • Proven experience in an operations HR role.
  • Strong background in FMLA, reasonable accommodations, and essential functions.
  • Experience with DODD rules and regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
