Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced 3PL Operations Manager to lead our logistics operations. In this role, you will oversee our daily operations, ensure client satisfaction, and help us maintain our reputation for excellence. Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced 3PL Operations Manager to lead our logistics operations. In this role, you will oversee our daily operations, ensure client satisfaction, and help us maintain our reputation for excellence. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of daily 3PL operations, including warehousing, order fulfillment, and transportation.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for ownership on operational success.
- Lead and mentor a small team, fostering a supportive and team-oriented culture.
- Ensure compliance with safety and industry regulations.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions in a timely manner.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, ideally in a 3PL environment.
- Strong understanding of logistics operations, inventory management, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment and manage multiple priorities.
