Description:
POSITION SUMMARY: This position supports the Executive Director with the daily supervision of the BHTs while providing a safe environment for the clients in treatment. The Operations Manager monitors each BHT’s ability to maintain the client’s well-being during the treatment process while assisting them in adjusting to the programming routine by answering questions and/or addressing concerns the client may have.
Directly supervises all behavioral health staff. Ensures adequate BHT staffing through appropriate scheduling
Trains BHT staff with the assistance of the Executive Director
Assists the clinical team with admissions. Works collaboratively with the clinical team to provide client support.
Complete and maintain evacuation plans for the facility.
Complete regular inspections of the facility for safety and maintenance issues.
Assist the Executive Director to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to substance use disorder and/or mental health treatment facilities
Coordinates transportation for admissions and discharges
Responsible for hiring BHTs.
Requirements:
Job Requirements
High School Diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a health care setting for client care.
Must have experience as a BHT Supervisor, Operations Manager, or 1 year of supervising experience in the medical field.

Work Environment: This position is an in-person/office work environment. There will be daily face-to-face interaction with staff and clients. The workday will vary, but it will often include sitting at a desk, working on a computer, meeting with clients, and completing paperwork.
