Duties Manage day-to-day operations of the storage facility, ensuring optimal functionality and customer satisfaction. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting clients with their storage needs. Oversee inventory management, including tracking storage unit availability and maintaining accurate records. Implement office management practices to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the facility to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to protect both staff and clients. 2 Days from 8.30-5.30 Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
