Office Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and have a background in office management. This role requires excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that the office runs smoothly, supporting both personnel and guest.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage office staff, fostering a positive team environment.
  • Oversee daily operations including scheduling, calendar management, and office organization.
  • Maintain effective communication ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly.
  • Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to enhance productivity.
  • Manage human resources functions including onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Coordinate schedules for meetings, appointments, and other events as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial management tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
  • Must be Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience in supervising teams and managing schedules.
  • Familiarity with human resources practices is a plus.
  • Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
