Ensures fundamental systems and protocols are in place within the clinic
Assist in team development and build positive relationships with team members
Assume a leadership role in motivating office team members and proactively seeking ways to improve the clinical practice
Manage all office tasks, including daily operations, employee and patient relations, performance management, and achieving operational goals
Achieve revenue goals by overseeing accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, deposits, bank reconciliation scheduling, staff productivity, and treatment planning coordination
Works with the clinical team and patient to ensure all required paperwork is complete, problem solves barriers for recommended treatment, educates the patient regarding insurance benefits
Qualifications
Some accounting experience required, Quick Books experience preferred
Must be able to manage multiple tasks, establish priorities, work independently, problem solve, and complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner
Detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy
Must submit to and pass third-party background check and drug testing
Strong interpersonal, leadership, management and relationship-building skills
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with medical office procedures and terminology
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new programs
