The Coastal Conservation Association North Carolina is a non-profit, membership-based organization that is dedicated to the conservation of our state's marine fisheries and their habitat. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Office Administrator located in Raleigh, NC. The Office Administrator will be primarily responsible for financial administration, including invoice processing, accounting entry, and producing financial reports. Experience with Sage Accounting Software is a requirement. Other duties will include handling administrative tasks, organizing files, processing memberships, assisting with inventory control, and providing general administrative support to the team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Sage Accounting Software, working within a small office environment and have the ability to interact with membership in a pleasant and helpful way. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proficient in Sage Accounting Software
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong verbal communication abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
Previous experience in office administration or related field is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
