Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments for patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs..
- Collaborate with physician and other senoir nurse practioner
- Utilize medical imaging and other diagnostic tools to assist in patient evaluations.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation for all patient interactions.
- Engage in case management to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred.
- Experience in a medical office setting is highly desirable.
- Knowlege and experience
- Proficiency in managing complex cases within memory care or pain management specialties is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations are essential.
