This is an overnight role typically scheduled from 11:00PM to 7:00AM. Schedule is subject to change due to business need.

A little bit about your day-to-day

The secret ingredient in every single dish served in our restaurants and hotel is a pinch of hard work behind the scenes. We’re looking for a Night Porter to help our team make every experience memorable by setting and maintaining exceptional standards in our public areas as well as out heart-of-the-house.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be

Cleaning and sterilizing floors, restrooms, elevators, countertops, walls, stoves, ovens, grills, sinks and cooking equipment. This includes both indoor and outdoor space.

Maintaining food storage areas like freezers and refrigerators

Receiving and organizing various departments deliveries

Removing waste.

What we need from you

Passion for delivering great service

Previous experience as a Night Porter

Experience working in a busy kitchen environment and working to deadlines

Willingness to learn new things and work as part of a wider hotel team

The hourly pay range for this role is $22.83 to $30.44.
