Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and amenities
- Operate the phone system to answer incoming calls and transfer calls to appropriate departments
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
- Perform night audit procedures to ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management
- Assist with resolving guest issues or complaints in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including hotel management systems
- Availability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
