Network Tech - FT
- Installation and configuration of new computer equipment, including operating systems, software, and hardware.
- Maintain, upgrade, and configure desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other devices. This includes updating software and operating systems.
- Monitors and maintains the company's desktop and network systems.
- Troubleshoots network systems when necessary and makes improvements as needed.
- Provides second-tier technical support to end users
- Manages device inventory including procurement and disposal.
- Responsible for managing deliverables required for HIPAA Security and Risk Assessments
Minimum required: Associate's degree in related field. At least 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used technical concepts, practices, and procedures. Healthcare experience a plus.
Education
Preferred- Associates or better in Computer Science or related field
