NEMT - Non-Emergency Transportion Driver in Wilmington, New Castle, Newark DE and surrounding areas
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable NEMT Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting patients to medical appointments, special services and treatment facilities in Wilmington, New Castle, Newark DE and surrounding areas. This role requires a strong focus on safety, punctuality, effective communication skills and excellent customer service.
Duties
Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable NEMT Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting patients to medical appointments, special services and treatment facilities in Wilmington, New Castle, Newark DE and surrounding areas. This role requires a strong focus on safety, punctuality, effective communication skills and excellent customer service.
Duties
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of of patients to and from medical appointments, special services and treatment centers.
- Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle by performing regular inspections and basic maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with management and patients to provide updates on travel times and routes.
- Safely operate NEMT of vehicles
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
- Provide exceptional customer services
- Will be coached on how to operate our vans with wheelchair lifts and ramps
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Clean driving record.
- Pass drug screening and criminal background check
- Must have reliable transportation to and from our office
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
- Position requires a Z-endorsement driver's license
Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
