MRI Supervisor

Overview of the Role:
As the MRI Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and ensuring the operational excellence of MRI services. Reporting to the Director/Manager of Radiology, you will be responsible for maintaining technical and compliance standards, ensuring quality patient care, and optimizing workflow efficiencies. Responsibilities:

Oversee technical and compliance measures across all MRI operations to ensure adherence to industry standards and protocols.
Manage employee schedules to align staffing with patient volume needs, ensuring optimal service delivery.
Participate in the hiring process to select and onboard new staff members effectively.
Supervise technical procedures and patient interactions, maintaining high standards of care and operational flow.
Perform duties as an MRI Technologist and act as a hands-on leader within the departmental team.
Coach and provide guidance to staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment.
Participate in a rotating weekend on-call schedule, assisting patient needs on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 a.m. to noon.

Requirements:

Minimum of three years of experience in MRI technology.
Two years of experience as a lead tech or supervisor is required.
Must possess an Associate's degree or higher in a related field.
Strong commitment to patient safety and team collaboration.
Security clearance is not required, and the role is not open to visa candidates.
No travel is required for this position.
