Department: Operations Reports to: Director of Operations Primary Function: This position is responsible for providing the highest quality of service to members, parents, volunteers, and community members. Manages the front desk operations including membership enrollment and registration processes for all Clubs. Ensures maintenance, accuracy, and input of high volumes of data. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the membership application and registration process in the organization's member management system.
Ensure all Clubs maintain completed membership files securely on site and electronically.
Ensure membership and attendance data from all Clubs is consolidated into one central file on a weekly basis.
Provide guidance to front desk staff at other Club locations regarding membership data and collection processes.
Regularly update member information in member tracking systems.
Provide regular membership reports as required for various grants and as requested by organizational leadership.
Responsible for verifying daily attendance utilizing member tracking systems.
Responsible for collecting information/data from parents when needed.
Generate and share attendance and membership reports as needed.
Perform any other related task assigned to you.
Educational Qualifications and Skills: Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
Skills:
Advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Attention to detail.
Ability to think analytically.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Ability to produce and provide data/reports in a timely manner.
Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
Must maintain strict confidentiality.
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
Experience:
1 year of data entry
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, and walk. Regularly, the employee must kneel, bend, push/pull, and be able to reach above shoulder level. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds; some projects may require assisting in moving additional, heavier items. The employee may be required to use hands for repetitive action such as simple grasping.
