This is a full-time position with a floating schedule between our Warwick and Woonsocket locations. We are seeking a motivated, energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Optometry experience is not required, as we are willing to train the right candidate. What’s most important is a positive attitude and a strong team player mentality. Job Overview
- Patient Check-In/Out: Greet patients, verify information, collect insurance details, explain payment policies, and schedule or reschedule appointments.
- Phone & Email: Answer calls, take messages, respond to inquiries, and confirm appointments.
- Billing & Insurance: Verify insurance eligibility, assist with billing questions, and explain payment options.
- Patient Records: Update patient information, ensure forms and consents are completed, and maintain accurate files.
- Payments: Process payments, issue receipts, and manage financial transactions.
- Coordination of Care: Communicate follow-up instructions, appointments, and referrals.
- Office Organization: Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area and ensure paperwork is organized and accessible.
- Complete Pre-Exam Testing
- Contact Lens Teaching
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
