Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a background in the spa industry. This full-time role requires someone who is adaptable, creative, and ready to take on challenges to ensure the smooth operation and growth of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management: Hire, train, and manage team schedules while overseeing employee performance and development.
Financial Oversight: Handle the clinic’s finances, including budgeting, invoicing, and tracking expenses.
Inventory Management: Order and maintain supplies, ensuring necessary equipment is stocked and operational.
Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and privacy regulations.
Client Experience: Enhance the client experience by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Office Administration, Business Development, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including prior experience in the spa industry.
Demonstrated ability to lead and grow a business.
Proficiency in Quick Books, Microsoft Office, and G-Suite; experience with PR is a plus.
Willingness to travel for work-related events as needed.
Language proficiency in Spanish or Russian is a plus to support communication with our diverse clientele.

Starting annual salary: $80,000
