Material Handler Lead - 1st Shift M-F 7AM-3:30PM

If you are a highly motivated, hardworking individual that prioritizes safety, we want you to join our growing team of Material Handler Lead in a very fast-moving environment. We are currently looking for qualified Material Handler Lead candidates for our Contract packaging department.

What will you need?
At least 1-year forklift driving experience in a warehouse setting, including Reach Trucks, EPJs, Sit-down forklifts and cherry pickers.
Experience with parcel, case, and pallet picking with RF Scanner recommended.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work mandated Overtime and Saturdays as required by business needs.

Experience:
Warehouse experience: 1 year (Required)
Reach truck: 1 year (Preferred)
EPJ/Electric Pallet Jack: 1 year(Preferred)
Work Location: In person
Job Purpose: This position is responsible for the oversight and production flow of multiple projects. Ability to quickly identify waste with keeping a lean mentality while also hitting production goals is required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Pay: $20.00 per hour

- Supervising/leading/training of warehouse employees.
- Maintain and surpass production goals.
- Monitor beginning to end production of project.
- Responsible for successful flow of production.
- Communicating end of day production to Supervisor
- Ability to fill in Supervisor role as needed.
- Minimum 6 months - 1 year related experience and/or training in co-pack or warehouse environment.
- Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred).
- PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access Database is preferred.
- GED or H.S. Diploma
- College experience or degree is a plus.
Pay: $20.00 per hour
