About Coastal Carolina Hospital
Coastal Carolina Hospital (CCH) is a 41-bed acute care hospital located at 1000 Medical Center Drive in Hardeeville, SC. Opened in 2004, CCH joined the healthcare system in 2007 and serves patients in Bluffton, Okatie, Hardeeville and surrounding counties through its care team of over 400 colleagues and over 70 physicians. The hospital provides many services to the community including a 24-hour emergency department, a dedicated Women’s Pavilion, and robotic-assisted minimally-invasive surgery. Market Rehab Supervisor FT Days Position Summary:
Supervises the work of assigned Therapy personnel across all departments. Assists in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling therapy activities. Responsible for providing high-quality patient care to, and acting as a liaison with, patients and their representatives, physicians, and colleagues. Serves as a clinical resource for other therapy staff across all departments. Responsible for the efficient operation of the department and optimum use of resources to maximize productivity and minimize costs.

Market Rehab Supervisor FT Days Position Requirements:Education:
1. Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in their respective Field (PT, OT or SLP)
2. South Carolina Therapy license.

Experience:
1. A minimum of five years’ experience.
2. One year experience with this facility.

Other Qualifications:
1. BLS certification from American Heart Association only.
2. Demonstrates yearly competencies specific to unit of assignment.
3. Participates effectively in unit staff meetings.
