What you'll do...

Walmart, a leader in retail innovation, is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Manager, Business Analysis And Insights to join our team in Bentonville, AR. As a key member of our Business Analytics and Insights team, you will drive data-driven decision making and business growth by analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field
• 4 years' experience in data analytics, project management
• Experience with Data Dashboards and Data Presentation
• Customer Service Focus
• 2+ years SQL

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Tableau Desktop experience
• 2+ years of Power BI Desktop

Job Duties:

• Coordinates and oversees job-related activities by developing relationships, supporting plans, identifying goals, and demonstrating adaptability.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, and ensuring diversity awareness.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and supports the company mission by implementing action plans and providing guidance.
• Provides customer service and reporting by providing reports, preparing information, supporting key business processes, and resolving issues.
• Provides market insights based on research and business knowledge by communicating data insights and proposing improvements.
• Manages processes across different areas of the business to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Manages customer requests and needs by utilizing analytical tools and analyzing data.
• Analyzes and ensures accuracy of information by creating, maintaining, and evaluating data.
• Provides data-driven analysis and insights to support business strategies by evaluating ongoing analytical needs and collaborating with internal and external partners.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00-$130,000.00
