Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations in our dynamic hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, and leading a team to success.
Duties

Supervise daily operations in the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Oversee food handling procedures to maintain quality and freshness of all menu items.
Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
Coordinate banquet services and special events, ensuring seamless execution from planning to delivery.
Collaborate with the bar team to enhance beverage offerings and service standards.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
Implement strategies for improving service quality and guest satisfaction.

Experience

Proven experience in hospitality management or food service management is essential.
Strong background in supervising teams within kitchen or restaurant settings.
Familiarity with banquet operations and event coordination is preferred.
Knowledge of food handling practices and health regulations is required.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
