Maintenance Worker
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. This role requires a proactive approach to maintaining equipment, facilities, grounds, and ensuring a safe working environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs
- Fabricate components as necessary to support repairs or improvements.
- Execute mechanical repairs on various systems and machinery.
- Painting tasks and dry wall repair to maintain aesthetic quality.
- Maintains exterior grounds in a safe and aesthetically pleasing condition at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a safe and productive work environment.
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, painting
- Ability to use a variety of hand tools in order to complete repairs and maintenance duties
- Forklift certified-preferred not required
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
