Maintenance Technician Position
Location: C & W Properties LLC
We are seeking an individual with prior maintenance experience to fill a current opening at C & W Properties.
POSITION OFFERS: Hourly Wage Apartment Rent Discount
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES -- Maintenance Technicians work under the direction of a Area Manager or Resident Manager or Lead Maintenance.
Responsibilities assigned to this position may include:
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES -- Maintenance Technicians work under the direction of a Area Manager or Resident Manager or Lead Maintenance.
Responsibilities assigned to this position may include:
- Responding to resident maintenance requests Cleaning and maintaining apartment units, and grounds, Make Ready Vacant Units Conducting property inspections Removal of Furniture Handling all other duties assigned including actions to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies.
- HVAC maintenance and installation when needed
- Plumbing knowledge and able to detect leaks and repair when needed
- Carpentry knowledge on installing or replacing trim and any wood work for structure repair
- Drywall installation and repair
- Electrical installation and repair or replacement of receptacles
- Landscaping and sprinkler knowledge
- New Construction knowledge
- Must pass credit and criminal background check and drug screening
- Valid driver License
- HVAC Certified
- In person between 8 am and 4pm at Office: 401 W 24th St Fayetteville, AR 72764
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
