Position Summary:
Under the general direction of the Maintenance Supervisor, Facilities Manager and/or Director of Facilities, responsible for maintenance, and repair of the grounds, buildings, and equipment of the facility including performing a variety of skilled technical duties and semi-skilled labor in the operation and maintenance of the facility’s water system.; performs adjustments and repairs to plant equipment; collects and documents samples for laboratory testing; performs lead supervision and training to assigned staff, and performs a variety of related duties as assigned which may include other NNGE facilities.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED plus two (2) years facilities maintenance experience. Must possess a Grade III Water Supply certificate issued by New Mexico and/or Arizona Water Quality Control Commission. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Must meet all knowledge, skills and abilities. Must be twenty-one (21) years of age. No felony, theft or stealing convictions. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license. Navajo preference.
