Maintenance Technician
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for work orders and make readies for our rental homes. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and efficient environment for all residents and staff. Training will be provided.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on residential homes
- Conduct residential painting, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to safety standards.
- Utilize tools
- Maintain facilities by performing repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance on homes
- Document maintenance activities and report any significant findings or recommendations for improvements.--This is electronic
- Helping in maintaining all properties you come across to make sure the grounds look nice and presentable
- This position is an Entry Level Position with training provided upon hire.
- Communication
- Experience in facilities maintenance, with a focus on safety protocols and standards.
