Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

- Be responsible for maintaining the upkeep, rehabilitation, and maintenance of the entire Hotel facility, including the physical building structure, all…
- Maintain hotel, pool, and surrounding area, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, HVAC functions, and other related maintenance
- Ability to work a flexible schedule which includes weekends and holidays.
- Basic painting, plumbing, and property care experience.
- The ideal candidate will have the skills to complete minor repairs, painting, dry-walling, light carpentry and other assignments as issued by the Regional and General Manager
- Communicate with hotel departments to become aware of maintenance needs and ensures timely response to requests, e.g., Housekeeping Department for laundry…
- Responsible primarily for general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, meeting space,and common areas.
- orders may include tasks such as painting and staining, drywall repair, light carpentry, minor plumbing and mechanical, carpet cleaning, etc
- Job Skills:Other duties as assigned.
- Understand and use specifications
- Work to precise measurements
- Use arithmetic to measure, compute amount of materials to use, and to inspect product to be sure it conforms to requirements
- Lift and move materials and products
- Climb and balance self
- Work outdoors in all kinds of weather
Education
