PFC is a TS16949/ISO9001 disc brake & rotor manufacturer, leading researcher, and innovator in disc brake technology. We compete in the OE, aftermarket and motorsport racing market segments. We have an immediate need for a Maintenance Supervisor for our manufacturing facility in Clover, South Carolina. This position will report to the Maintenance Manager.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

SC Licensed Electrician certificate is required

Expect a high level of responsibility and accountability

Natural talent for completing tasks in environments with multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with sometimes challenging deadlines and workloads. A high sense of urgency required

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Keen sense of Quality orientation with high attention to detail

High organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and motivate others

Directly supervise a team of 12 to 14 technicians

Programmed Preventive, Predictive Maintenance

Troubleshoot, Diagnose and correct electrical problems in the power distribution and electrical equipment

Install, remove, repair, overhaul, and test electrical equipment both AC&DC

Qualifications:

Prior experience using CMMS Work Order system

Troubleshooting and repair of complex production machinery

Diagnosis and repair of

Rex Roth hydraulics

CNC controls Complete CNC diagnostics and repair

CNC electronics

Fanuc

Siemens

Heidenhain

Mori Seiki

Makino

Emag

Weisser

Haas

Mitsubishi

Chillers and HVAC

Allen Bradley RS logics, Slick 500

Ball screws

Spindles

Ways

Vibration analysis

CNC operation

Infrared and convection ovens

Lubrication and other preventive maintenance techniques

Conveying and material handling systems

Electrical and electronic controls

PLC Troubleshooting

Mechanical aptitude in motors and controls, high and low voltage

Ability to read blueprints and hydraulic schematics

Working knowledge of PLC’s, ladder logics and programming
