The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for the safe and efficient organization and operation of the repairs and the Maintenance department, including all lodge units, club operations, association property to included homes in the rental program, mechanical systems and associated areas. Responsible for the oversight of the day-to-day operations at Snake River Sporting Club, team member housing units, and adhering to all budgeting and fiduciary standards set forth by NHHR Corporate Headquarters. Monitor the daily operation of the repairs and maintenance department in Snake River Sporting Club.
Requirements:
You own this is you have...
Proven experience as a Hotel/Resort Maintenance Manager or Maintenance Supervisor
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations; Experience with fire and life safety systems.
Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, sewer and HVAC systems; hotel industry experience is a plus
Experience in administrative processes (e.g. budgeting, performance management)
Ability to spot safety risks and address needs quickly
Problem-solving aptitude
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
High school diploma or equivalent; degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in Facility Management is preferred
Valid Certified Pool Operator is a plus (CPO)
The position is on call 24 hours a day. One must be flexible to work long hours to ensure the smooth operation of the engineering department.
