Position Summary

At Campbell Properties we strive to provide the best possible service to all our residents. As Campbell Properties Maintenance Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department in a designated region. The Maintenance Supervisor will ensure that the Maintenance Technicians complete all work orders prior to their deadlines and efficiently meet Campbell Properties’ high-level standards.

Duties/ Responsibilities:

Assist with interviewing and hiring maintenance technicians.
Train and/ or allocate training to all newly hired maintenance technicians.
Create and oversee maintenance technicians on-call schedules and daily work performance.
Assist with conducting periodic and annual performance evaluations.
Assist with handling disciplinary actions when necessary.
Lead, and support maintenance projects that focus on increase net output.
Oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of Campbell Properties apartments, townhomes, and commercial.
Assess building systems to plan for future work orders and capital project schedules.
Assist in developing maintenance procedures.
Fill in or plan coverage for absences as needed.
Perform all other duties as requested or assigned.

Qualifications:

18 years of age or older.
Able to identify issues and determine if systems need repairing or replaced.
Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.
Excellent problem-solving skills
Physically capable of lifting and carrying objects weighing up to 80 pounds.
Physically able to perform repairs when needed.
Weekend availability.
Must hold a valid driver’s license and auto insurance coverage.

Education and Experience:

Highschool diploma or equivalent
5+ years of general maintenance experience
