Maintenance Lead Technician (Property Maintenance)
We are looking for a reliable maintenance tech to undertake upkeep and repair tasks on the interior or exterior of residential homes. Deft hands and technical knowledge are important parts of a handyman’s arsenal. You must have strong general repair skills. A keen eye for detail and physical stamina are valued greatly in this job.
Responsibilities
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week

Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and light repairs
- HVAC experience - We are willing to help you get your certifications
- Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.)
- Undertake light installation or carpentering (Fix flooring, install windows, drywall, etc)
- Repair equipment or appliances
- Provide your own truck or vehicle and general tools and equipment(ladder, hammer, drill, screw driver etc.)
- Undertake duties as assigned or repairs deemed important
- Identify and report the need for major repairs
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues
- Communicate professionally with Residents and Management team
- Experience as handyman or maintenance
- Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems
- Basic math skills
- Good communication ability
- Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
- Attention to detail
- Time Management Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
