LPN Staff Nurse/Medical Assistant
Pediatrics of Northeastern PA is looking for a team player qualified to join our staff and assist in the day-to-day operations in our clinical setting. This individual needs to enjoy working with children and be able to multitask. He/she must also have excellent communication skills.
Medent experience is a plus.
This position requires approximately 37-40 hours per week, with some evenings and weekends.
Compensation is based on knowledge and experience.
As an LPN or a Medical Assistant, you will be a vital healthcare team member, utilizing core skills such as vaccination administration and patient care to deliver high-quality medical assistance. Your premium skills in medical office operations will enhance your ability to provide exceptional patient care and support. With relevant skills in health coaching and experience with children, you will contribute to promoting wellness and ensuring a positive patient experience. You will be key in delivering efficient and compassionate care to our patients.
Qualifications
- LPN certification
- Experience in patient care, especially with children
- Knowledge of EMR and EHR systems
- Strong communication skills
- Medical office experience preferred
- Ability to work with diverse patient populations
- Familiarity with MEDENT system is a plus
