Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to existing and potential policyholders by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Policy Management: Assist in processing policy renewals, updates, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with insurance regulations.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients in person or over the phone to provide personalized solutions tailored to individual insurance needs.
- Cross-selling: Identify and recommend additional coverage options or policy modifications that would benefit the client.
- Record Maintenance: Accurately input and maintain client information within our system to ensure up-to-date records.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay informed of the latest industry trends, products, and regulations to deliver knowledgeable advice to clients.
Requirements
Licensing: Must have an active GA Property & Casualty License.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in customer service or insurance sales, preferably within personal lines.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
Customer-Oriented: Demonstrates a strong commitment to exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying issues and providing effective solutions efficiently.
Organized: Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
