Rem X has an immediate opening for a Leasing Specialist with a growing property management company located in Savannah, GA near Wilmington Island.
Hours: 8-5 or 8:30-5:30 Monday-Friday

Rem X has an immediate opening for a Leasing Specialist with a growing property management company located in Savannah, GA near Wilmington Island.
Hours: 8-5 or 8:30-5:30 Monday-Friday
LEASING SPECIALIST responsibilities:
- Schedule and conduct in[person showings of available properties weekly.
- Schedule and conduct open houses for new rental properties.
- Coordinate lockbox set up and removal.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure properties are ready for listing.
- Take marketing photos/videos of available properties once they are ready for showing.
- Placement and removal of on-property marketing materials and yard signage.
- Review vacant properties weekly to ensure marketing materials are in place.
- Move-in inspections.
- Coordinate the scheduling of annual property checks.
- Coordinate with property owners 90 days prior to lease expiration to discuss renewal terms.
- Communicate with tenants 60 days before the lease ends to discuss renewal.
- Manage websites as well as social media avenues.
- Identify new property management opportunities.
Qualifications for the Leasing Specialist:
- Excellent communication skills
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- The ability to work between two office locations.
- Solid technical skills
- Team player, able to build rapport with internal and external customers.
