We are a small but rapidly growing Real Estate Company based in Richland Hills, TX with over 3000 units under our management in Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Alabama. Oversee and coordinate all lease transactions
Attract new tenants
Resolve tenant complaints
All aspects of move-in's and move-out's
Enforce property rules and regulations
Answer incoming calls and reply to emails
Enter guest cards and input daily traffic
Provide tours of the property and units available
Run credit and background checks
Daily office duties
Inspect apartments to assure that they are move-in ready
Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management
Familiarity with contracts/leases
Ability to build rapport with tenants
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Must be proficient on the computer
Must have a smartphone
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have some prior experience with Property Management Software
Appfolio experience a plus but not required
Bilingual a plus
In this position, you would be responsible for providing prospects and tenants with great customer service. We are looking for a team player with an outgoing and positive attitude. Must be available to work the first Saturday of the month, during rent week, occasional other Saturdays and have reliable transportation. Salary determined on skill set and experience and will be reviewed after your 90-day probationary period. Employees begin accruing Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and be eligible for vision and dental benefits after 90 days.
