Leasing Agent
What is the opportunity?
· We are hiring a Leasing Agent to manage leasing activities for a couple of Apartment and Condominium complexes in Sioux Falls, SD.
How will you spend your time?
· Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants
· Manage the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring all documentation is completed correctly
· Collaborate with the Property Manager and Maintenance staff to address any tenant issues
· Maintain knowledge of local rental markets and trends to provide informed recommendations to clients
· Stay updated on LIHTC and Fair Housing Regulations
We are excited about you if you have the following?
· 1-2 years of Leasing Agent/Consulting experience with good job performance and longevity.
· Previous experience in Real Estate or Sales is a plus
· High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, good negotiation and sales skills, good written and verbal communication skills, and time management skills
· Full physical abilities (flexibility, mobility) to perform job duties.

· This position is from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Tuesday to Saturday
· Starting Compensation: DOE
