Lawn Care Technician duties:

• Be a positive and supportive teammate, and provide excellent customer service.
• Read and understand chemical labels and accurately mix and fill tanks per label rates.
• Accurately & professionally applies herbicide and fertilizer products to client properties.
• Maintain accurate records of time and product use.
• Diagnose issues/opportunities and recommend service solutions.
• Able to operate mechanical spreaders, aerators, and other machines.
• Minimize errors by using best practices and proper procedures.
• Communicate and collaborate with team members for training and workflow optimization.
• Maintain application equipment to ensure proper function and a professional appearance.

Expanded duties (based on applicant preference and ability):

• Winter work as a member of our Snow & Ice Managment production team. Various roles are available based on experience and skill set, including salting, de-icing, sidewalk equipment, plow truck, skid steer, and end loader operation.
• Collaborate cross-divisionally to support our landscape maintenance and installation teams, as necessary, throughout the growing season.
• This is an entry-level position in a small but growing division. Driven and dynamic candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit for quality, process, collaboration, and growth will find exciting career development opportunities.
