- Minimum 3 -7 years of production experience
- Experience in Retail / Commercial / Mixed Use projects
- Proficient in REVIT and ACAD
- Knowledge of acrobat software and Blue Beam.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills required.
- Responsible for Construction Document preparation, and clear understanding of architectural detailing.
- Coordinate consultants work with architectural plans.
- Coordinate city requirements for implementation in the CD documents. Responsible for addressing plan check comments and coordination of all disciplines construction document work.
- Multitasking ability to assist in the preparation and coordination of construction documents on two or more projects at same time.
- Perform Field verifications and produce as-built documentation.
