IT Field Technician

Ready 123 Solution's provides onsite Technical Field Support to Major Brands ie: Walmart, Target, Dave Busters, Pizza Hut, Chase Bank and more!
Positions available in anywhere in the US. We currently have a project with MSIG North America in Chicago, IL. MUST BE A UNION WORKER
Job Description:
Technician will provide Professional Services to perform staging, and installation of Peplink SDWAN devices and 36 workspaces for a new location for MSIG North America.
Duties
· Technician will stage and ship the equipment to Chicago for a timely installation.
· Technician will perform onsite hook up of a new Internet circuit (Wireless) to an existing Wireless Router (Peplink).
· Technician will connect the Circuit as per the customer-provided cabling diagram or instructions.
· Technician will work with Pro Tech IT Remote team to test & turnup and confirm the devices are operational.
· Technician will setting up 36 workspaces (offices and cubicles) – with dual monitors, keyboards/mouse and docking stations.
· Technician will collect the debris and dispose of it in the customer provided onsite location.
· Technician will troubleshoot with the customer if necessary.
· Technician will bring a spare CAT5e standard cable, laptop, toolkit to rack mount hardware and have the ability to connect to the local https mgt interface of the wireless Router if required.
· All work will be done during normal business hours Monday – Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM local time.
Our work environment includes:

Pay: $25.00 per hour
