Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet stores demands.
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy in inventory records.
- Utilize data analytics to forecast demand and identify trends in inventory usage.
- Collaborate with suppliers to manage stock replenishment and sourcing activities.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, including receipts and shipments.
- Prepare reports on inventory status, discrepancies, and recommendations for improvement.
- Support the team in identifying opportunities for process enhancements related to inventory control.
- Proven experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of materials handling techniques and best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
