The Inventory Clerk Is responsible for maintaining control of all inventory records, items purchased and programmed, and verifying all incoming and outgoing shipments. In accordance with standard departmental procedures, the clerk manages accurate day-to-day inventory control responsibilities by ensuring appropriate products are always stocked and that all inventory is accounted for. Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain the warehouse's upkeep, including cleanliness, organization, waste management, sorting, restocking, and handling inventory.
Receive, stock, and maintain control of all purchased and programmed inventory items, verifying all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Performing quality checks on returned inventory and removing inventory that does not meet the company's standards
Associate and disassociate inventory from the platforms used by the company.
Updating inventory count and maintaining inventory records
Document discrepancies between inventory records and physical counts.
Implementing loss prevention programs to prevent theft
Researching the accuracy of product details and testing new products
Collaborate with partners and internal teams to improve documentation processes and resolve client concerns.
Load and unload shipments.
Forecasting future inventory requirements.
Support implementation team initiatives.
Required Skills:
Attention to detail and organizational skill.
Basic understanding of inventory control procedures.
Ability to use inventory computer programs to update counts and compile reports, such as spreadsheets (Excel). Mathematical and analytical skills
A sense of urgency in meeting critical and time-sensitive deadlines.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Ability to manage multiple projects at once in an efficient and timely manner.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish)
Physical strength, stamina, and lift to 50 lbs.
Basic understanding of inventory control procedures.
Experience:
1 to 2 years of experience in Inventory Management (Preferred)
Experience in inventory computer programs and reports. (Preferred)
Required Qualifications:
Technical course, Associate degree in Network, Computer Science, or related areas.
This non-remote role will be based in our San Juan, Puerto Rico headquarters.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned according to business needs.
