Internet Business Development Agent
Job description
Duties
- Field incoming phone calls and internet leads to generate sales appointments
- Identify customer needs and wants to facilitate an easy buying experience
- Schedule appointments for sales consultations or test drives
- Confirm sales appointments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
- Conduct outbound calls or emails to follow up with leads or previous customers as needed
- Follow up with potential customers to nurture leads and encourage appointments
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track sales activities and manage client relationships
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Work 5 8 hours shifts with alternating Saturday coverage
Experience
- Experience in business development, sales, or a related role preferred
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Call center experience preferred
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively engage with clients
- Experience with software such as Vin Solutions and Vauto Preferred
- Basic automotive knowledge, training available
- Strong communication skills
