The successful candidates should have knowledge in social work, drug and alcohol treatment, recovery, and the criminal justice system OR one year of case management, peer support, or similar social work AND a minimum of a bachelors degree in chemical dependency, sociology, social welfare, psychology, nursing, or a related field OR a minimum of a bachelors degree which includes or is supplemented by successful completion of 18 college credits in sociology, social welfare, psychology, criminal justice or other related social sciences. A strong behavioral health clinical background is preferred. Responsibilities include screening, assessment, care coordination, follow up and being a client advocate. Organization, time management and paperwork deadline skills a must. Current PA driver license required.
