Experienced agency in Sioux Falls has a career opportunity for a talented Marketing Associate. No insurance license required, we pay for training and testing. Salary: $30000.00 - $50000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Develop insurancequotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
Developongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
Prospecting and generating new businessthrough leads & referral sources.
Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email and potential client lists.

Requirements

A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Dependable, Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Problem-Solving Capabilities.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
