Agent Boost Marketing is currently seeking highly motivated customer support agents to join our team and perform phone-based lead generation for Medicare and Marketplace insurance. We do absolutely no cold calling! You will be contacting individuals who have expressed interest in our verticals.

Agent Boost Marketing is an industry leader in technology, training, support, compliance, and sales. Our agents nationwide assist Medicare beneficiaries by comparing and enroll in Medicare advantage plans, Medicare supplements, and prescription drug plans.
COVID-19 dramatically impacted our industry and exacerbated the trend of technology and remote selling. If you have been in the industry for years, you’ve noticed how quickly it’s changed. We’re creating new opportunities for agents to continue to be successful in this ever-changing space. We are continuing to invest in our contact center operations with our subsidiary company Medicare Advocates. We are seeking additional agents for our Lehi, UT location.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Job Details
- Paid training
- Base hourly wage paid out bi-weekly
- Monthly commissions based on performance
- Must be able to work Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
- Must have reliable transportation
- Basic computer skills required
- Professional telesales experience is preferred but not required
- Opportunity to become a licensed insurance agent selling Medicare and/or marketplace plans
