Are you a compassionate and driven LVN with a passion for infection control? Saratoga Retirement Community, a renowned 5-star Skilled Nursing Facility with 94 beds, is seeking an enthusiastic Infection Preventionist to join our team. If you're dedicated to enhancing the well-being of both residents and staff, we want you to be part of our community-focused environment where professional and personal growth is encouraged.
What You’ll Be Doing: You will oversee wellness needs of our residents and staff as it relates to infection control and COVID-19 concerns and coordinate healthcare functions with the healthcare leadership team. You will manage the infection control programs for the community.
About You: We are looking for driven and compassionate clinicians dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents. In addition to your enthusiasm, we seek candidates with:
- LVN or RN license
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in nursing, infection control, skilled nursing, home care management or related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of the reporting process with the Department of Health regarding the National Health Safety Network (NHSN).
- Current and valid CPR certification.
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
Wages:
- $40.00 - $45.50 per hour, DOE
