Hotel Front Desk Clerk
Hiring for Weekdays, Weekends 3rd shift which required hours are 11PM-7AM and every other Weekend 2nd Shift; 3PM - 11PM.
Second Shift and Third shift

Hotel Front Desk Clerk, Weekend Availability
Part time/Full time depending on applicant:They will fill a pivotal role in ensuring guest satisfaction through check in, checkout, and provide the arrangements of hotel services for each guest. The Front Desk Agent will be focused on optimizing each guest’s experience by promoting hotel services, facilities and outlets, and providing information for upcoming events and functions in the hotel and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities and Duties
Acknowledges and greet guests with a warm and friendly greeting
Performs tasks in a thorough and thoughtful manner
Cleans assigned guest rooms and common areas in the allotted time including; changing bed linen, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, mopping and vacuuming
Notifies the Maintenance Department of repairs needed
Keeps storage areas and carts well-stocked, neat clean, and orderly
Accommodates special requests
All other duties as assigned
Some lifting, bending and reaching is required
Qualifications and Skills
Attention to detail
Ability to multi task and work well under pressure
Previous hotel-related experience preferred but not required
Ability to communicate in a polite and professional manner
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Fundamentals
High school education or equivalent experience is required. An Accounting background is preferred but not required. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to compile facts and figures. In addition to general office equipment, you will regularly operate Interstate systems and software, including a cash register. You must be able to communicate effectively and courteously over the telephone and in person. This position may occasionally require lifting luggage up to 50 pounds. Other tasks may be required.
