We are looking for someone who:

• Helps clients decide their ideal haircut and hairstyle
• Completes hair-cutting techniques, including trims, layers, and texturizing
• Performs hair coloring methods, such as highlights, ombre, and balayage
• Styles hair, including blowouts, curls, braids, ponytails, and updos
• Upsell clients on products and services
• Develops ongoing relationships with clients
• Keeps a clean station and sanitizes all tools
• Follows all salon policies and procedures

Education and Experience Requirements:

• An active cosmetology license in Alabama is required

Pay: $25,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week

• 12 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
