We are looking for someone who:

Helps clients decide their ideal haircut and hairstyle
Completes hair-cutting techniques, including trims, layers, and texturizing
Performs hair coloring methods, such as highlights, ombre, and balayage
Styles hair, including blowouts, curls, braids, ponytails, and updos
Upsell clients on products and services
Develops ongoing relationships with clients
Keeps a clean station and sanitizes all tools
Follows all salon policies and procedures

Education and Experience Requirements:

An active cosmetology license in Alabama is required
