Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Glazier with hands-on experience in the commercial/residential glazing field. As a Glazier at D-8 Glass Company, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various glazing systems, including aluminum storefronts, glass tear outs, installations, interior office walls, curtainwalls, fabrication, and glass cutting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain various glazing systems, including aluminum storefronts, curtain walls, and interior office walls.
- Handle glass tear outs and replacements with precision and care.
- Execute in-house fabrication and glass cutting.
- Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members, project managers, contractors, and clients to meet project goals.
- Troubleshoot and problem-solve on-site to keep projects on track.
Requirements:
- Experience in commercial glazing.
- Proficiency in aluminum storefronts, glass installations, interior office walls, curtainwalls, fabrication, and glass cutting.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and project specifications.
- A valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Glazier certification or related trade certification.
- Proficiency with industry-specific software and tools.

Pay: $19.24 - $26.00 per hour
Experience:

• Construction/Glazing: 3 years (Required)
• Glass installation: 2 years (Required)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
