We´re looking for a General Services & Security Team Leader to join our Team:
Main responsibilities:
1) General Services

Coordinate the maintenance of the infrastructure of all plants and assets owned by AES Puerto Rico.

Manage service contracts related to the area's operations to ensure compliance with the agreed requirements and terms of reference in the contractual clauses, including those related to the vehicle fleet, cleaning and disinfection, air conditioning, and lighting systems, among others.

Plan and execute the CAPEX and OËX budget allocated to the General Services and Security areas, according to global standards.

Support the construction and business development area in feasibility evaluation, cost estimation, or financial model planning for ongoing projects.

Ensure that activities related to the area are carried out safely and in accordance with established procedures. Follow-up and complete requests made to the area regarding safety findings and audits.

Implement continuous improvement of the area's processes. Conduct root cause analyses, action plans, and implementation of corrective actions for non-conformities in management systems.
2) Security:

Prepare and manage the security budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and recommend investments in security equipment and technology.
