Job Summary: As a General Manager for Comfort Keepers, you will oversee and grow your territory. Key responsibilities include driving business growth, holding your team accountable, building client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional in-home care services. Additionally, you will serve as the primary liaison between the agency, clients, caregivers, and healthcare providers, while developing a team that meets the needs of all parties involved. Our General Managers:
Implement and oversee continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance client care satisfaction and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Lead, develop, train, and coach staff to foster professional growth
Perform regular check-ins with clients to evaluate their satisfaction and address any concerns
Collaborate with the care team to ensure effective implementation of client care plans
Provide leadership and direction to the office-based staff, as well as to home health aides working in the community, for the day-to-day operations, problems related to staffing, utilization of facilities, equipment, and supplies.
Qualifications:
Top candidates will have successfully led and supervised a team of 10 to 50 people for at least five years and experience in the clinical and administrative areas of the home health area is a plus
Possess flexibility and creativity in identifying and solving problems
Must possess excellent customer service skills, particularly for handling phone interactions
Positive, professional attitude and team player mindset
Skilled at building relationships with people from diverse and varied backgrounds
